Rules and Regulations

GENERAL

All park customers/guests must check-in before entry to acquire codes for gate, laundry room, and bathhouses.  ONLY SHARE YOUR CODES WITH YOUR FAMILY.

Check in time is 1 pm, unless space is available

Check out time is Noon   Quiet Hours:  10 pm to 7 am

Speed limit is 5 mph

No refunds once you have arrived on site. Early departure for any reason is not eligible for refunds.

Campers are responsible for all behavior of their children, family members, pets, and their guests. Any camper, or guest, who create a disturbance or behave in a threatening manner will not be allowed to remain on the property. Please do not remove picnic tables from the sites.  Above ground fire pits are allowed.

Observe and obey all posted signs in the park. NO PARKING ON THE GRASS or other sites.

No repairs or maintenance may be done on vehicles or motorhomes in the campground that involve gas or oil products. Due to the cost of water, NO WASHING OF RV’s OR VEHICLES IS ALLOWED.

Management reserves the right to restrict or deny the use of any facility or site for any reason.

PETS

All pets (2 allowed) must always be on a leash with the owner when outdoors. Pets cannot be tied outside and left unattended. Pick up after your pets.

No excessive barking allowed.

Animals/pets that are dangerous, aggressive, or poisonous are not permitted. Management reserves the right to reject any such animals.

The pet owner is solely responsible for any damage done to a person, or their property, by the pet.

SEWER

Sewer connections must be properly sealed per Health Dept requirements. No water is allowed to leak onto your site from the waste system.  Do not make any alterations. Any questions, visit the office.

LAUNDRY

NO SMOKING ALLOWED. NO PETS ALLOWED. You will need a code from the office to enter the laundry room. Please remove all personal items each time you use the washers and/or dryers. Clean out the dryer filter when done.  Items left in the machines for an extended period of time will be removed and placed on the table.  The campground is not responsible for any items left unattended in or out of the machines, nor any damage caused by our machines.  We appreciate your help to keep our laundry room clean, if anything needs attention, please let the office know.

BATHHOUSE

NO SMOKING ALLOWED. NO PETS ALLOWED.  You will need a code from the office to enter the bathrooms. Rubber sole shoes are recommended in the showers. Please remove all personal items when you exit the bathroom.  Anything left behind, will be thrown away. Place any feminine items in the trash can and NOT the toilet.  We appreciate your help to keep our bathrooms clean, if anything needs attention, please let the office know.

PARKING

Some of our sites are smaller than others, so you may be required to park your vehicle outside of the gates. Please talk to someone in the office.

EMERGENCY POLICIES

If you need to call 911 and it is during business hours, please call the office so we can get them into the campground as soon as possible.  After hours, emergency personnel can get through the gate with their sirens. The manager lives on property in case any assistance is needed.

If you observe any activity you believe to be of concern, call the office 855-422-6766. Please leave a message if needed and we will be contacted by the phone system via text and email.

Arrow Family Campground retains the right to alter or modify any of the rules and regulations in keeping with the fairness and best interest of all participants. Violation of these rules and regulations that result in damage or destruction to Arrow Family Campground property or threaten the safety of park guests will result in the termination of your stay without a refund.
